About Us
My love of food started early, growing up in an African American household shaped by Southern soul food, while spending just as much time with my best friend's Italian family around their table. We shared an equal part of each other's traditions, and those two culinary worlds still influence how I cook today.
My true passion for cooking came later while serving as a federal police officer and firefighter, where I began cooking for my teammates. What started as a hobby became a passion, then an obsession. Over time, I've explored many cuisines, always learning, always growing.
Cooking is my art, my passion, and one of my greatest joys to share with others.
